Step 2. Click the discussion having the message or messages you want to erase. If it is not detailed on the initial Messages pop-up window, click "See All" to watch all of your private messages. Click the conversation on that particular listing including the message you wish to erase.

Step 3. Click the "Actions" switch and then click "Delete Messages" on the Actions drop-down menu.

Step 4. Click the check boxes situated alongside the messages you intend to remove.

Click "Delete" and after that click "Delete Messages" to verify that you want to remove the selected messages.

Tip
To erase a whole discussion rather than private messages, click "Delete Conversation" after clicking the Actions menu in the third action.

Caution
Removing a personal message in your Messages inbox does not delete it from the inbox of your discussion partner.
